Registration & XBOX Repair Sevice

You can now do the following on www.xbox.com/support:

· Register your console
You can register your Xbox console to associate your console with your Windows Live ID and to save your contact information in our registration database.
· Set up a repair
If you are experiencing problems with your Xbox console, you can request a repair for a console that you have registered.
· Check your warranty status
You can check whether a console that you have registered is either in or out of warranty in addition to the expiration date of your warranty.
· Check the status of an existing repair
You can monitor the status of an existing repair request for your Xbox console. This includes shipping information.
